The honor society of ACF, the American Academy of Chefs (AAC) represents the highest standards of professionalism in the organization, society and industry. The Academy’s primary mission is to promote the education of all culinarians by mentoring culinarians, awarding scholarships to students seeking a future in the culinary industry, and by providing grants to professional working chefs looking to further their career.

We Are in It to Win It

A challenge was made at national convention to raise money for a new scholarship fund, the AAC Ray Marshall Scholarship Fund. Jim Doherty, HAAC, HHOF, HBOT, initiated it, and will donate $5,000 to the fund once $15,000 has been reached. Sharing Culinary Traditions - Mentorship Program

The mission of the ACF mentorship program is to provide student culinarians the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with professional chefs in our organization who are willing to share their knowledge, life experiences and advice to assist these young culinarians on their path to a successful career. Scholarships and Grants

The Academy offers educational scholarships to high school students, college students, and professional chefs looking to further their education. The Academy also offers grants to student teams competing at the ACF regional conferences and national convention.
