ACF Seal of Approval Awarded to Clabber Girl Products
ACF Seal of ApprovalClabber Girl received the ACF Seal of Approval on four of its products. All four of the Clabber Girl products earned the federation's endorsement following extensive testing by a panel of ACF-certified chefs. Find out which four products earned the Seal.

Online Courses for Chef Educators
Earn continuing education hours (CEHs) toward ACF initial and renewal certification for the certified culinary educator (CCE) or the certified secondary culinary educator (CSCE) designation through online courses. Singapore Chili ChickenSingapore Chili Chicken
In small bowl mix flour and cornstarch together. Wash chicken well, mix with flour mixture; let sit for 15 minutes, then mix with flour mixture again. In medium-size frying pan heat peanut oil to 325°F; fry chicken until golden brown. Heat sesame oil in a wok or shallow saucepan over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add Knorr® Sweet Red Chili Sauce, catsup, hot chili sauce and red chilis; stir until fragrant. Add chicken pieces, quickly toss with sauce; cook for 3-4 minutes.
